Excellent news!

Musou games are hard to play without English VA, its annoying trying to read all the messages that appear on the bottom of the screen aswell fight off enemies. Nightmare mode becomes almost impossible xD. 

I know the VA is terrible but it makes the game more playable. 

I've never had any trouble, and in the recent entries with Japanese VA, I've used Japanese VA. I haven't had any trouble with the texts, but maybe that's because I'm used to subtitles. Here in Finland, even English is subtitled, and everyone gets used to subtitles because it takes time before you learn English. I can definitely see why native English-speakers might find this problematic, but it's more of an issue of getting used to it. Of course getting used to subtitles can be hard if almost everything is in your native language, I suppose... :P

Maybe I shouldn't have said outright that the lack of English VA is good. It's not, but it means Japanese VA is present, which is excellent news to me.

Anyone have a roster for this title?

The Japanese site does. Probably 'a bit' hard to understand if you can't read Japanese, but if you recognize characters from pictures, you should be fine.

I still don't get this title. What about this is better than Orochi warriors? It's a downgrade!
