I think humans being buried won't be common much longer so it will be cool being one of the last.

I might build my own coffin someday, so that my family doesn't get overcharged if they end up wanting to bury me like that.

I want a burial at sea because I friggin' love the sea! Thankfully that is possible here in germany, where there are often very strict rules when it comes to stuff like this. So my remains will most likely be dumped somewhere in the baltic sea.

One thing is also for sure. With a constantly growing 7+ billion people here today, we can't keep putting whole bodies in a 4X10 foot hole in the ground. Maybe it is time to dig a shaft to the core of the Earth and start giving dead bodies 'the shaft'! You could construct a memorial ring around the hole with all the names I guess.
