There are already "Romance RPGs". There are RPGs with romance stories. Although I think to branch off further is to have a romance game where the amount of romance you amass gets you extra exp, etc.

Romance is sometimes an added element (as in Fable 2) but I've never heard of a game where pursuing romantic encounters was the main thrust of a game.

Timed-Based Strategy Game-It would be turn-based in nature like Advance Wars, Disgaea, Fire Emblem, etc., but instead of each taking a turn moving and attacking with all characters you would move one character at a time in a matter of 10 seconds and press the finish button to end your turn. It would give you much less time to plan out a long term strategy and rely more on quick thinking. Basically it would play like timed chess games. If you didn't complete a move in 10 seconds you would lose your turn and your opponent would get theirs.
