When is MS going to fix the RRoD problem? Once they do that it should help. Although the 360s fan is increadibly loud.
I think games like GRAW 2 are better on the 360 cause of rumble, but now that the ps3 has rumble the only thing the 360 can boast is what exclusives it has.
im not sure i would consider myself a hardcore gamer. im not ready to appoint myself of such an honor. what are some qualities of a hardcore gamer? and if i have those qualities then i will answer the question.
the nintendo wii will outsell the ps3 and the 360 combined by the end of 2008.

NO, because i dont have enough money to buy games for both consoles.
i would buy a 360 for 250, next year, when the xbox live price goes down, ONLY for gears 2. thats the only game i will own for that console, if i bought it.

I own a Wii and I eventually got a 360 because I really wanted Bioshock.
Yes, I just bought a falcon 360 to play co-op games with my brother. I still prefer my PS3 in almost every aspect. Halo 3 co-op on legendary is real fun though. PS3 needs some online co-op. I will still be buying PS3 versions of games since most contain their own achievements which are exactly the same as the 360.

Those are pretty much my exact thoughts on the matter as well.
Most of the games that are on PS3 are on 360 too and 360's online is a lot better than PS3 so i go with 360
