Gears may sell more, I reckon it will because the 360 has the higehr attach rates and bigger userbase (or should that be install base, correct me if i'm wrong).

MGS3 did 4M on the PS2, and the sequel is on the PS3... Beating Gears 2 isn't completely impossible, but very unlikely.

As for preferences, I'll probably like MGS4 more. Shooters are fun and everything, but I've come to vastly prefer ones with something else than just shooting over the years. Sneaking and shooting wins over just shooting from cover in my books.

Reviews will probably be roughly equal. MGS4 is definitely in 90+ territory, and while we don't know much about Gears 2, it probably won't do substantially worse than the original.


 MGS3 broke 5 million if you include MGS3: Subsistence.

He only uses guns and chainsaws because it makes the killing go faster... and the lasers from the sky are gods way of giving Fenix a heads up... sorry but Snake just doesn´t stand a chance against Fenix...

You shouldn´t send old men to war to do young mens jobs... thats why he´ll die in the end of part 4... oh and yes its pretty bad that he tries to hop around like he´s still in his twenties... how is he going to kill his enemys ??? With boring old stories ???
