It has 4 gigs of ram total (shared between the system cpu/gpu), with 25.6 GB/s memory bandwidth.
^ this has been confirmed (by opening them up).
As for the chip itself, best guesses are still its around 512 Gflops (around the Tegra X1 level).
A PS4 for compairsion is 1840 Gflops (1.84 Tflops) and 8 Gigs of ram @ 176 GB/s memory bandwidth.
