Switch should've been delayed until late 2017

I think March a great month to release it, and with e3 coming up we should hear more games from western developers to help cement that the Switch had one of the best launch

(Switch friend code SW-4384-8283-7514 add me, and if you plan on getting nba 2k18 for Switch make sure you definitely add me)

No PS4 released with just about as much content. They will have to keep it up though and can't get lazy.

Disagreed, PS4 launched with 3 exclusives from Sony themselves and big 3rd party support.

I think people will realize what I say once they're finished with Zeruda and there's nothing else to play.

Let's wait to see if the sprinkled 1st party release plan works before we ask about a all at once release plan in comparison. The year has a Mario Kart port, a sequel to a surprise hit series, a new Warriors Crossover, Xenoblade, Mario, and the new I.P that is Arms. We can't go on about how the Nintendo Switch's plan didn't work, until we see how the plan unfolds.

The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?

There is no need to rush it or delay it. Releasing a console at the begining of the year has its advantages and disadvantages. Better get the early copies soon and save the megaton sales for holidays.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

I suppose they could have delayed it a bit longer to add more features, such as web browser, more apps, and more games, but really if you're unsatisfied with the Switch currently, you can just wait. More games will be coming, especially if nothing gets delayed.

And I don't think the issues you point out are really that big. I've had no problems with my Switch, and there are other games to play besides Zelda. It's not like that's the only game available for the system.

What Cloudman said.

The console's essentially in beta mode right now so no, they didn't release it too early. By the time they iron out the kinks it'll be ready to kick some major ass.

You can launch with as many games as you want it's what's worth playing. So IMO they are equal and I don't even own a switch but I did own a PS4 on launch day. Also I said "just about" so while PS4 was slightly better it wasn't that much better.

The final chip on board was ready by august 2016, even the new shield console is newer. but there was a problem, if we think like this, one could ask if they couldnt delay even more to get a newer chip, so, it would never launch.
but yeah, it seems that it was rushed to deliver fiscal year profits and please shareholders.

For Netflix, a browser and youtube?

No. They can put that later on
