To keep it short, you can use a PC program to download anything in the eShop, faster than Wii U downloads, install it, and even play online.
All virtual consoles can be exploited to run any games from their platforms, although some games don't run well. This includes Nintendo 64 and DS games with Gamepad support.
The Wii mode inside the thing can be exploited to run any Wii game or Wii homebrew/emulator. Though only the Wii VC games may run in Gamepad only.
Additional emulators including Arcade, PSX and much more can be used through Wii U's version of Retroarch. All works on any Wii U.
Think of this before saying how many people buy consoles for piracy or how it affects the industry. The Wii U went nowhere after this stuff was made possible.
EDIT: I'm not saying the Wii U failed because of piracy guys, I'm saying it did not affect sales. There are many who believe consoles like DS and PSP only sold much because of piracy.
