Well I think we can all sympathize with having to deal with demanding customers, but if you have a job in retail where ALL you do is sell X, it's also your job to know what the hell X is.
We shouldn't expect them to know every bit of arcane video game lore and every bit of the latest news, but we have every right to expect a level of knowledge that is NOT present in the average Gamestop employee.
