No, you can't. The text and the dub in Zelda are the same language. So if you set your Switch in Japanese, you'll get the Japanese dub, but the texts will be in Japanese too.

EDIT: It's been explained like this for the western game anyway, so I think people they would have said it if the Japanese version was different.

Pretty nice to have, and like I said before, will most likely be using this region free console to get some non-localized games in the future
