I actually served up six mini pancakes for my daughter this morning with friut. Some of her favorites. I had a bowl of this this morning:

Actually, I didn't even now it until this afternoon, and it was coincidence that I served up mini pancakes. Tonight maybe?
Guess I'm going to be eating pancakes tonight.

It apparantly changes every year to be the day preceding ash wednesday. On Shrove Tuesday its called. Supposedly you feast huge or gorge before the whole fasting of lent.
In Mardigra they call it Fat Tuesday.

That tradition doesn't exist here. Like I said, there is a tradition of eating pancakes on the 2nd of February, but I guess these two traditions have nothing to do with eachother.
