Well, men being interested in women is not really weird, the opposite as well, sex sells, that's for sure.
Both Nioh and NieR look interesting, but the disparity in preorder to both, favoring the one with a female playable character over the one that's based on their own culture and a more ambitious game just as well, it's a bit sad to see, IMO.

I'm probably a bit biased as I love yokai and Japanese culture though, lol. Nioh will probably sell more WW I think.
