eh, if people didn't give them money then they wouldn't do it. Switch will have ample stock sooner or later, maybe you have to wait a bit for more stock to come in but if you hate scalpers so much surely that's better than paying them and encouraging further scalping?

Yep.  Best way to discourage scalpers is to avoid them while also learning to be patient.  I just don't get this "I NEED IT" attitude for at least 2x the price when waiting a month and a half later will let you spend those funds on the console and more.

You snooze you lose.

It's called disposable income.

Unfortunately for some, there's an inverse relationship between disposable income and sense.

I loooove to troll scalpers on offer up and craigslist, hahaha

I fucking hate scalpers so much....

Pretty lame :/ but I guess it's a free country and people will have the money and/or lack of impulse control to buy these. Nintendo ... Please understand, you need to increase production!

I don't really have any thing to add. Just wanted to post this video :)

Being stingy isn't the same as sense. If you want something and you can afford it then it's sense that you buy it. Value is subjective. Just because you think something has less value than its price doesn't make everyone else senseless.

And the worst part is those "Nintendo fans" that actually take place in buying multiple items to scalp.

The sad truth is that a lot of these scalpers come from our fraternity of gamers. After all, we understand the demand for, and availability of, these products better than most. Publishers and manufacturers already place a sizable financial burden on game enthusiasts. That we would add to that burden by reselling items at huge mark-up is pretty shameful.
