In the holiday season, thats PSN vs all of Nintendo, Wii U, 3DS, Pokemon Go, Mario Run etc.

Not surprising, amazing sales and forcing $60 out of about half your growing install base for PS+ were genius ideas, despite whiners saying they'll stop subbing becoz the free games suck lol. Thanks Microsoft for inventing the online paywall.

Oh and fun fact again. PlayStation Network generated higher revenues during Q4 CY2016 than Nintendo's total revenue across all segments.

Why do you thank Microsoft as if you were the one profiting from all this? 

Too bad their profits are lower than Nintendo's.

I blame consumers. People were ok in paying Live, so there wasn't a single reason why Sony, and now Ninty, wouldn't do the same. People went as far as saying that Live was better because it was paid. My PSN didn't became miraculously better after the paywall, I would say the free game selection became worse.

Well no wonder Nintendo wants a piece of the action.

Revenue don't mean jack compared to profit. Nintendo as a game company has made 4x the profit of sonys entire business... I vring up profit because that's what keeps investors invested in your company.

So people are acting like the PlayStation part of Sony hasnt been extremly profitable this gen....

No wonder Nintendo is doing it too.

It's always funny to see guys argue about another man's money.

Turkish must really be happyy for Microsoft making the idea..... which allows Sony to get more money..... lol
