Seeing how Smash bros got a 95 on meta critic, and Metal gear solid 3 managed a 96 on metacritics its possible, they did say its the game MGS fans have been waiting for, its not unlikely it can manage to get a higher score than SMBB, or even SMG.
ok im starting to get hyped, i mean i am a fan and would buy it anyway, but now im starting to get in the 'cant wait' mode

nice... every time i hear new info about mgs4 it gets me even more hyped about getting my ps3 in June, i just wish a gaming site could comment on how long the entire game is so we know that not all the 50gb was used for the graphics and audio.

Sounds like this is going to be the high profile PS3 masterpiece gamers have been waiting for on the PS3. From a proven high profile PS2 franchise head and shoulders above its previous incarnations.
