You might have already played all of these games, but that's a good start.

Nioh resembles Onimusha in its setting but everything else is a bit more like souls except it has its own bits like different levels, different stances and samurai magic.

However, if you liked playing Ninja Gaiden on harder difficulties it might be worth checking out.

Also I have no idea why I bought Onimusha into the discussion >.

It's not out yet, though I did play the demo and enjoy it.
