Ño. Tho I dont quite think its like DS either, the latest trailer made the gameplay look very different.
Havent played the demo, so I cant be sure, but its def. not like Ninja Gaiden.

I haven't really kept up with how it progressed, so the final product may be pretty different, but the first demo was pretty shameless in its Dark Souls worship. Only the rhythm of combat was different from DS and felt sort of weird but that could have just been because it was early and still kinda rough.
