So, my PSVR arrived, got 3 games: Batman VR, RE7 and Rush of Blood.

So far, I love it.

Batman is very good, looks gorgeous, I can´t play for more than 20 minutes cause I am very very sick, got the flu for 3 days now, but it is a very fun game, makes you really lose yourself in the world.

Rush of Blood: Changed my gaming life. Never saw anything like it. The rollercoaster parts gave me a rollercoaster feelling, never ever felt such a thing in a videogame. The fear and the excitement, it is really like being in the coolest ghost train ride ever made.

RE7: Installing. But the demo is unbelievable.

It is a whole new level, this changes everything.

Specially with Supermassive Games and Capcom, these people...They went too far, what a expeirence, it is, like Lewis said, like the jump from 2D to 3d, even more than that.

I am breatless. It is like being a kid again.

Amazing.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

awesome I'm glad that you're enjoying a new gaming experience, I've never played a vr game before cause I'm not interested yet but I'm waiting for Fallout 4 vr to make the jump. Please tell me about your experience with re7.

It is installing, but I played a demo called The Kitchen. The stereostopic 3d is so, so impressive, that I screamed in horror, not of a jump scare, but of having the psycho putting her face very very close to mine.

It is beyond impressive, you won´t believe it!

But, I tell you, Rush of Blood is  my newfound love. It is just like being in a fever dream where you go to a carnival ghost house ride. So awesome!!!!

About Fallout 4. I can totally see it, it would be perfect!!!

Hopefully you get VR YouTube now. It's not on par with an actual game but it's a good time waster. Give it a shot.

And play that demo disc!

Absolutelly! Did all that! Also, watched Batman Returns on Netflix with the headset. It is like being on a movie theater!!!

I've been reading through absolutely stellar impressions of RE7 on VR. Definitely looks interesting, I've never been into horror games or RE but this medium brings a new sense of immersion to the mix that I just might not be able to pass up (:

Welcome to the family and yes vr is indeed an amazing experience

Hey! Glad you're enjoying it so much!

One recommendation, if you have the space for it, is Holoball. It's sort of like Tron racquetball and it's a ton of fun. But it does require a pretty good amount of space.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

A lot of people dismiss VR without having experienced it.

I had my first VR experience yesterday when a friend of mine came over with his PSVR set and had me and my son try it. I knew I was going to like it, based on feedback from my brother who tried the Vive at one of his friend's, but I didn't expect it to leave such an impact.

It simply blew my mind. And watching my son's reaction truly was priceless (especially when he tried The Deep, with that shark. We didn't show him the more mature stuff like RE7 or Batman.). In fact my friend told me that looking at someone's first VR experience never gets old. You really don't know what it is like until you try it for yourself. It really is a game changer, and the biggest step in gaming since the passage from 2D to 3D. In fact, I think it's a much bigger jump than 2D to 3D.

I didn't get to pre-order the Switch on time, so I have to wait until new supply gets allocated here. So after what I experienced yesterday, I am strongly considering getting the PSVR before the Switch.
