They are not shit, learn to be more tolerant. Your opinion is universal but only for you, let others enjoy what they want. Plus those sales for Ratchet are pretty good and on par with the franchise, The last guardian did well for being developed by a small team, it will  outsell SotC and Ico. Not sure about forza though but you get my point.

Rather than us picking big sellers that make 90% of games seem like they sell nothing and bashing them because they don't fit into our tastes, lets compare apples with apples and see how these games sell compared with similar titles .
I could substitute those games with gta, uncharted etc and make the same argument , it's better to compare apples with apples like how does Forza compare in sales with other open world racing games.

The best thing to do is realise that even though they aren't your cup of tea, these games bring a lot of enjoyment to a lot of gamers and remember like Sony WWS head Shu Yoshida said only 2 or 3 out of every ten games pay there way and those big sellers subsidise those that don't.

With the competition present in the market people tend to buy the already established and very well known franchise, over the lesser known more niche greats.

But great games still do sell well. If you combine digital sales for ds3 the combine pc, ps4 and xb1 version should have sold well over 3 million, which is amazing for a game that alienates a big part of it's potential audience due to not having an easier difficulty mode.

The football pitch, the gameplay and most of the game modes are all the same except for The Journey added this year that still plays he same way FIFA has always played. You cant be serious right? Soccer is soccer. You cant just add some random tweaks to it and call it a soccer game. Fifa or any soccer game is not just abt the soccer itself. It's abt playing your favorite team, or your favorite players or your dream team. And this needs to be updated yearly.

Lol PES isnt on FIFAs level imo.

PES had a rehaul the dark days of PES between say 2011-14 are gone lol. It ha sles content but that is because EA have the license. Gameplay  only PES wins. Overall experience FIFA wins.
