DiRT 4 also features a game-changing system called Your Stage; an innovative rally route creation tool that allows you to produce an almost-infinite number of unique stages at the press of a button. You choose your location and set the route parameters, then Your Stage does the hard work to create a unique rally stage that you can race, share with your friends and then challenge them to beat your time. Your Stage allows experienced rally players to create longer, more technical routes, whilst newcomers can create simpler shorter routes as they hone their skills.

With DiRT 4, Codemasters have sought to combine the levels of thrill and realism from last year’s DiRT Rally with the fearless excitement, accessibility and adrenaline-fuelled races previously seen in its critically acclaimed prequels DiRT 2 and DiRT 3.

Is it following Dirt Rally or the crappy arcade ones?

My expectations are through the roof on this one :)

It seems like it is following Dirt Rally, but Trucks and the sort are also present. So, maybe they will tune it to arcade a bit to reach a wider audience.

Like in the text, it will be a combination of Dirt Rally and Dirt 3.

Very cool! But I just got dirt rally and haven't even really played it yet ): dirt 3 was tits tho

Go for it. The game can be pretty difficult at first. I suggest, to take your time and finish without crashing :)

Bought Dirt Rally twice (first on PC and then on PS4), so fingers are crossed it will at least have the option to go hardcore.

I don't understand why they keep insisting in BS vehicles no one cares about instead of just the Rally ones. I guess the PS VR update for Dirt can't come soon enough, will probably keep me playing it for years.

I only briefly played it after setting it up with similar settings that I had for the older games (no driver assist options, manual shifting) and it felt way too responsive so I went back to playing something else lol but now that dirt 4 is coming out, Rally might be redundant d:

Dirt 3 was fine, Rally looks insane and I'm sure Dirst 4 will be a great game, but I wish they would do other racing games, like bringing back the old TOCA series.

Dirt 2 was awesome, dirt 3 was meh and dirt rally or whatever was kinda non existent. I hope they make this version like dirt 2. Such games are rarity now a days.
