Hope either KI or ARMS gets the spot

What mistakes did happen last year? What is this fiasco that happened? |
Off the top of my head: They had a Saturday spot instead of the big Sunday one; The matches were smooshed together; Many were forced to play well past Midnight and expected to wake up early Saturday for the final day of matches; Disorganized; Not enough set ups;
I'm a little forgetful on the details but it seems about right

Marvel will most likely win as it could essentially be UMVC3's last chance at Evo with Infinite on the horizon.

Arcades exist outside of Japan? (see my point?)
I know it's been out in arcades a while but imagine if you were one of the best in the world at Tekken 6 and Tag 2 but you live in Spain.
On the topic of the chosen one, why isn't Microsoft paying for KI to be there? Why isn't Nintendo with Pokken? Why is Evo restricting itself in such a way?
Hmm, pie.

From what I've read one of the biggest regions (might actually be the biggest) for Tekken is South Korea, they have a strong Arcade culture there as well.
Pretty sure companies aren't allowed to pay in the players choice.

No, I mean pay EVO (not rig the vote
). Why is Evo only doing 9 games? Why not just let KI, MKXL, Pokken and UMvC3 in? What prize money not enough or worthy of their time?
I'm picking for no reason really.
Hmm, pie.

Melee not being at the arena seems to be a weird choice, considering the game gets more views than Wii U, but I guess this is EVO's of compensating Wii U players last year.
Also, why is Arms a community choice? :|
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
ARMS has no chance, I don't even know why this pool was made before it coming out, all the other games have an advantage since they are already out and have their own fanbases, also great to see Pokken leading !
