Another incident in my home city where a maniac driver has gone crazy driving into a crowded street hitting pedestrians (Including Babies) and killing 3 and injuried 20 plus.

We had a incident like this in europe (germany) not too long ago.

I cant understand the logic behinde hurting innocent by standers that have in no way done you any harm.

These people that do these acts.... evil bastards that arnt right in the head.
