I'd rather have them stick to 1% of the GDP and invest more of the budget in the military personal rather in expensive toys.

It's unorganized protest. I can imagine radical liberals and anarchists aren't ase organized in the USA as they are in Belgium (exept we don't have radical liberals and all the liberals are right wing anyway).

I just witnessed a man say it's insane to want Trump to fail (which is true) as if there weren't people voicing this same opinion of Obama in 2008 and 2012. Americans are children, they lose and they throw tantrums. Give'em a few months that they'll be back to abnormal.

I've hammered out my social feeds over the past weeks. All the click-baity, emotional stuff had to go.

As far as this precidency is concerned, all we can do for now is wait and see.

Nice speech, blaming the world for US' problems, taking their jobs, stealing their wealth, getting rich off the backs of Americans. No more! He's going to take it all back. Blame the establishment for all other internal problems and instead ask what your country can do for you. Patriotism and Protectionism, but he'll determine the course of the world as well.

Did he hack the machines man? No. People still making excuses at this point, when its clear that didn't happen. Did they influence the election? Of course! Then again, America "influences" plenty of elections, so I don't see how this is worse when Russia does it.

I would think that in order for a country to have any kind of reliable defense, they'd need a decent balance between personel and equipment, right?

Welp, let's give this guy a chance then. I FULLY agree that washington is a piece of shit on both sides. So if he can try to sever the power from them and give it back to the people, that'd be pretty impressive, but it's not going to take 4 years.

I also agree that America became "less" great when we were being taken advantage of. If you are going to take jobs from the US that got you there in the first place, you have to pay a penalty or don't sell your wares here at all. I totally agree with that. Trump really isn't a republican...he's like a semi-radical independent candidate. It's hard to pinpoint it.

And to cover SvennoJ's question, yes the US was built upon Christianity. We take our religion very seriously here.
