How much does Nintendo get out of that? Because the money has to be shared with Apple, Niantic, Google, Pokemon Co. and Nintendo.

They probably get dividends from Pokemon Co. each quarter based on total profit. That means they get a slice of Pokemon Co.'s slice of the pie. Most of the earnings will probably stay with Pokemon Co. for them to reinvest. There is no actual way to know unless the terms of the original joint ownership agreement are disclosed. That's where the founders decide how a co-owned business will be managed and how much will go to each of the partners.
Of course, even a small percentage is a lot of money.
If I'm not mistaken, they also have a stake in Game Freak, which means dividends on the profit they turn, as well. That would be a slice of Game Freak's slice of Pokemon Co.'s slice.
