Because they might have been scraped free of their creamy filling, then filled with toothpaste, and then put back together and resealed in the package, just thought I would give you guys a warning because a kid at my school found out the hard way today after he had his 3rd one and thought they tasted kinda funny.

yes it is (the active ingredient in toothpaste is generally a fluoride salt such as sodium fluoride) In high concentrations, soluble fluoride salts are mildly toxic: 5-10 grams of sodium fluoride are required to kill most adult humans; a lethal dose is approximately 70 mg per kilogram of body mass.

We used to make fun of our teachers before we graduated... so once we covered some dog-fod with chocolate and put it in the teachers lounge... the spots teacher ate about five of them... good times :)
