There's no other explaination for it.
Crackdown 3, Scalebound, Phantom Dust, Cuphead were all announced at E3 2014. Fable Legends and Project Spark were prominently featured at the show as well although they were announced earlier.
And now half of those games are already cancelled and the none of the other half seem like they'll make it to gamers anytime soon.
MS has announced games in subsequent years like Gears of War 4, ReCore and Dead rising 4 which are already out, but these E3 2014 titles have some bad voodoo about them.
