Doubt it, but that would be smart.

As long as it can be turned off.

Achievements and leaderboards might get me to re-dip - even though I'm already playing my NES games on a console with leaderboards. Some additional video options like scanlines, CRT filter, aspect ratio, and optional upscaling would go a long way as well.
