When do you guys think these games will release?

Around the Network

God of War, Days Gone, Spiderman, Death Stranding....... I really doubt any of those will make it in 2017. If anything only two of those games has shown actual gameplay footage so to me those are at least the ones that we may see first. But even at that I dont see them coming in 2017.

A 2017 game that you missed though is Detroit. I see that game coming around october 2017.

And welcome to the site...... and don't worry....I don't hate you, only cause its xmas though.

I think Spider-Man and Uncharted are 2018 games. I don't think Death Stranding is ever coming out.

In order of release:

Crash Bandicoot N' Sane Trilogy - April 2017
Ni No Kuni 2 - July 2017
Hellblade - August 2017
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy - September 2017
Knack 2 - October 2017
Detroit: Become Human - October 2017
Gran Turismo Sport - November 2017
Shenmue 3 - February 2018
God of War - March 2018
Days Gone - September 2018
Spiderman - October 2018
The Last of Us: Part II - June 2019
Death Stranding - November 2019 (PS5 launch title alongside PS4 version)

Thanks for that! I honestly forgot it because I was so worried on where to put it. Funnily enough I was going to put it october 2017

I put Days Gone and Death Stranding in the 2018 camp. God of War is without a doubt coming next year, Spiderman is a bit shakey but it most likely will come at least in november or october.

There is almost no way Uncharted is a 2018 game. Naughty Dog confirmed it's going to be released more so like a standalone expansion, and that it will be 6-10 hours. To be fair that is a lot of content but they're going to be reusing assets from Uncharted 4 most likely and from what I understand the Uncharted team is still separate from The Last of Us team. Plus, releasing it in October or November of next year gives Playstation a good excuse to flaunt having another shooter on their platform. They more or less rely on uncharted both being a shooter and an  adventure game as advertising, since Killzone never took off this gen.

Sony so far hasn't announced any games over 2 years before their release this gen, I can see Death Stranding being one such title, mostly cause it was a special case where they just wanted to brag about getting Kojima on their side.
Other than that I think Sony's pretty conscious about not announcing stuff too early, likely a due to The Last Guardian debacle. They mostly seem to be waiting until they have gameplay to reveal most of their games like Horizon, God of War, Days Gone, Dreams, Spiderman all debuted with gameplay demos or atleast videos of gameplay. They've mostly stopped revealing games with CGI trailers, the only one I can recall was Bloodborne and for that they showed gameplay 2 months later at gamescom.

So yeah I see no reason to believe these games have been revealed too early barring something going wrong with their development.

Sorry guys, I didn't cover re-releases(most of them have confirmed release dates anyways) and I didn't do project Dream or Dragon Quest Heroes or GT Sports. Those are games I'm not really aware of and Dream I think hasn't been shown for a while. I'll look into them and add them later.

Also Haq, I think I heard somewhere that they're planning to slowly roll out Yakuza titles to the west. I'm guessing Kiwami will be early 2018 followed in a few months by 6.

Final Fantasy XII Zodiac Age - Tomorrow
Ni No Kuni 2 - The day after tomorrow.

That answer applies no matter when you read this response.
