Now see this is how you do an April fools joke! Forget PS3s without BR, this has been talked about lately so it's possible (unlike if there was a story of EA buying out Insomniac) and even seems well researched.

Yea but EA doesn't have 1 building, they have like a dozen, spread out all over the place. I don't mind so much mergers between large publishers, like Activision and Blizzard, or even EA and TakeTwo. It's when a large company buys out a start up company that it pisses me off. Maxis Studios? The founders took a gamble when they started and through the sheer brilliance of people like Will Wright their hard work began to pay off. Maxis should get the credit and profit of Spore, not EA.
