The best one's are LG OLED but I think your's is just about the best LCD set going. Confusingly the US KS8000 range is the same as the European KS7000 range not sure why Samsung did that.
I'm a 3D fan and cheapskate so sadly don't have a Samsung like yours or a LG OLED.

That is a very nice tv you got. How do you like the HDR. Which games or movies had the most improvement with HDR

4K Blu-rays look really good on it in HDR mode, especially Deadpool. As far as games go, I kinda don't like HDR as much as the regular colors. I like setting the colors myself to make it pop better. Tried it on Forza Horizon 3. Maybe I'll have to tweak the colors better in HDR mode, I dunno. Or maybe I don't understand how HDR is supposed to be? 😞 The TV definitely has a great internal upscaler though. Hooking up my PS3, 360, Xbone phat, looks great. It's a great TV at a great price. Best TV in regards to input lag.

Nice TV. I picked up the same TV and its amazing. Have to activate HDR by turning on the ports.
Good choice.

I did, the HDR colors just look bland to me though. Maybe the game picks boring colors. I used a setup guide from some website to get the best HDR settings too.

All good. Digital Foundry has a video on how to setup our TVs to achieve the best HDR settings for gaming if your interested. Thats how i learnt to turn on my HDR ports. Very good video and easy to understand.
However sounds like your ontop of it. Appanently turning the Backlit setting to max or 20 makes the difference.
