Yeah. I've actually hosted a game with the setup before on IGN, that time I had 4 mafia members: Lover, Doctor, Redirector, Roleblocker. Game had an SK, a Vig and a Jester as well. After the game was over it was brought up that the mafia was too Overpowered, so I tried to fix that this game.

Lovers ended up taking that game when the Town Lover claimed Role Cop. They were able to manipulate the vig into killing the redirector, because even though they knew the Mafia Lover was mafia, the 'Role Cop' got a vanilla scan on them, so they convinced the vig that the redirector was a better kill and ended the game with that.

Well you went a little too far in the other direction. :P If there was a massclaim Day One, then mafia lose by Day Three's lynch, if not earlier.

Here's Baalz' poems broken down.

I always picked from the pool at the start of the night, wrote the poems at the end.

Important thing to note is that the main point of the three poems is to give you a list of three people with one being mafia. It does not matter what the poem implies in some cases, just that if you know who it's talking about, you'll have some good suspects.

A man - Trucks
He plays his hand so that people might see. What is his reason? What could it be? 
It is a dangerous game he is trying to play, he uses himself, I know not what to say.
Perhaps it is attention he's seeking?  - First day, first poem, didn't know where to start. Trucks' actions day 1 don't make much sense unless you realize he was trying to bait an investigation from the cop, hence the 'unneeded' attention he was drawing.

Another one - Spurge
He seems to have been fought in December. Adachi was fought in december His name was...I cannot remember. Spurge name-claimed during the day
He cries out for help in the dead of the night. He's the mailman To his peers he is wrong, to himself, he is right. More of the way people view spurge
He must not wonder to why he is alone, for he is the one who would cast the first stone. It's in Spurge's character to do something like throw the first accusation(No offense intended), notice I said 'would' instead of 'did'

The shadow - Noctis
A man who is hard to be found. Why is it you never see him around?
He sticks to the shadows, waiting to strike. What is his weapon? His words and the like.
Shadow oh shadow, why must you hide? It's dangerous out there, come back inside. Mostly the fact that he was lurking, when a miller really should claim early.


The Timid - Stefl
They gave out their name with a cry, the question to ask would be why? Stefl name-claimed Fuuka
'Could it have been a mistake of mine?' Why would they put their life on the line? More about the way Stefl soft-claimed the role.
Perhaps there's something greater at play. Perhaps you'll find out at the start of the day. Stefl was killed

The skilled - Prof
Butting heads would not be wise. He's hunting scum and he has good eyes. In order for mafia to appear innocent they  must scumhunt. Prof knows this and knows how to do this.
He has a town's best interest in mind. Is it an agreement that needs to be signed? Talking about Zero here, note 'a town', not 'the'

The Silent - Mr. P
He comes when the gun is drawn, takes care of business, and then he is gone. Talking about Mr. P's style of coming in when he's accused, then leaving when he's clared
He does it all to clear his name, what is his reason? What is his game?
Perhaps he's lying about what he's claimed, maybe he'll lie when he is named. At this point I thought he claimed he would watch Blade, might have been wrong. He did lie a lot the next day.

Sorry, arminillo. I was completely convinced there was a 4 man mafia team. I knew that if it was only Linkz then I was dooming the town, but I just didn't think there were only three mafia when they were burdened with Lovers and so many town powers flying around.

I swear Mr.P couldn't play more anti-town if he was trying.

And Linkz ... did you really think my hit on prof was a bad call? I called him on lying about being sibling, decided that if he was making such an outrageous fakeclaim then he must have a killer plan, and 100% refused to do less than my utmost to stop it.

Arminillo I felt like you were pretending to be less knowledgeable about playing mafia than you actually were. I guess that was my bad. You did good. Better luck next time, I hope you play some more.

I guess I didn't give credit to the fact that four mafia plus lovers would make a very large voting block, though ... even if they were more vulnerable. That redirect lie, though, I mean god damn it's the only reason you got away with blocking the doctor and not being insta-lynched.
