Hmmmm. That's is a plausible theory actually. I would ask what the odds are of there being no Redirect Night One either, but mafia probably would have sent it at Stefl to stop him from getting a result anyway.

Nope, the double vote would already do this!  Maybe the victim just kept the info to themselves for whatever reason and then died; or they could have targeted Noctis who had no power to redirect, or me, who chose to do nothing.

Yes, but I meant more if someone had been during Night One, then it would rule out Arm as a Redirector/DV Motivator. A redirector could have targeted platina, spurge, Baalz, or zero(If we're going with the TL idea, prof would not have shared that fact) as well. Or could have somehow "redirected" a PR onto the target they had already chosen. Redirecting someone onto Stefl would be a pretty smart way to block him while avoiding a possible Watcher even.

Normally, I wouldn't "go there", but when I look at his power and the town setup, it starts to look odd. 
His power:  Give 1 player 1 extra vote with a cooldown of 1 day between uses AND it only works if Arminillo's target didn't use a power on a target last night.

9 town active powers (including vig/SK and excluding himself, passive powers like Baalz, and Lovers with no power per se);

So it's an extra vote that has less than a 50% chance of landing at all, and of valid targets one third are mafia, one third are lovers (overlap), and one third are actual town with no agenda.  And this is such a strong power that it also has to be limited to alternate days?  Well, I guess it might have to be if everybody mass-claimed on Day 1... but I still think it's remarkable that this is all Arminillo got.  I'm not saying I disbelieve this like I disbeleived zero's claim, but it definitely makes me wonder. 

Either way, it's hilarious that Arminillo targeted Stefl with it on N1, who was both one of the few who could even use the claimed ability and the only one who could be simultaneously blocked by it. 

I think you guys are understimating the use of the role. It can be used in an investigative sense as well, in that it can determine if somebody used a role at all at night. For instance, had he used it on me, he would have known I didn't target anybody overnight.

Roleblocker as investigator? Points for ingenuity, I guess. That would blow up my budding theory of "lynch those two cause they are the only two (aside from vigilante) without investigative roles".

What profs plan was was likely this: by claiming he would die, he would not be lynched. That way he could redirect one more time, even if he was killed at night or figured out in the next day. Once again, i think mrp is clear for now. But i would like to ask mrp if he found anything suspicious about how baalz rewrote his poem to us compared to how it was messaged.
