I will come clean:

I scanned Trucks last night and he came back as innocent. The fact that zero did not reveal this information and suddenly suspects me is iffy. The fact that he suggested I may be in cahoots with Linkz is iffy too. Not sure how much harder I have to softclaim for anyone to mark me as town.

However, I missed something massive earlier:

I am now sure Trucks is mafia and Linkz is in cahoots with him. It lines up perfectly in this scenario. This is too much of a coincidence now for me not to believe it.
