I have three in the house, no exclusives worth a 15 dollar purchase?

Would have said yes but as you have a bunch of 360's... I'd have to look at what OG Xbox games aren't backwards compatible with the 360 for that...

Here's a bunch of exclusives worth checking out, only one that isn't compatible with the 360 is the original Mech Assault.

Blinx
Blinx 2
Conker Live & Reloaded
Jet Set Radio Future
Mech Assault
Mech Assault 2: Lone Wolf
Phantom Crash
Quantum Redshift

Crimson Skies and Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2 as well if you don't play on PC, these three all work on 360 too.

Earlier this year I actually bought an OG Xbox to play some exclusives or best ports of the gen.

Some games I bought are Jet Set Radio Future, Jade Empire, Otogi 1 and 2, Blinx 1 and 2, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Shenmue II, and numerous others. If you look at my sig you can see some of what I've played already. Honestly, some of these games have underwhelmed me or weren't as fun as I remembered. But I've still had fun revisiting these old games.

So in my opinion, yeah. At the very least you can try some games you may have missed over the years and its relatively cheap. I grabbed a bunch of old games at a local used game store, that can be cheaper than going on the web.

Do you have an Xbox 360? Most original Xbox games are playable on it.

There are a handful of Xbox games that don't play in 360, though, so it might be worth the investment for them.

Not worth... wouldnt buy a 360 either.
Get a Xbox One instead, it plays so many of the xb360 games anyways.

My original xbox has a 2TB hard drive in and is soft modded. It has thousands of console and arcade roms on plus all the best original xbox games playable direct from the hard drive. There are also lots of homebrew games and pc game conversions. Check out something like theisozone. You can often run the emulators at high definition and the wired controller means no input lag so the emulated games can be more true to the original console.

I think just about my favourite console of all time.

More powerful than the wii with games upto 1080i in resolution and true 5.1 sound. 32bit colour too.

Theres perhaps 25-50 top games and 100 games worth playing today but it depends on what genres you like.

Multiformat games often share assets with ps2 so can look a bit naff.

Yes, I'd say so. I've had a great time finding good games for cheap on it.

The emulation on 360 isn't great, you're better off just paying 40-50 bucks for an OG Xbox.
