Forums - Microsoft - Almost half of you are using backwards compatibility on the One.

That's a lot higher than I would've thought. Wonder how they came to that number. I mean how many of those people were just checking for a second if it works?

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

If I still had mine (sad face) I'd be using it. I use to use it all the time back when I had an Xbox One. It was great.

And to think, the vast majority of people here said Xbox One's BC would be inconsequential.

If the context were for it to be a factor in overtaking the PS4 in sales, then........

Well, they HAVE won 4 of the last 5 months in the US... and the 5th month they lost was by a hair so, who knows.

Pretty sure this doesn't need to be grounds for a console war debate :)

Also its a feature I've definitely made use of, just recently I completed the ME trilogy on XB1. Ran pretty well tbh, want to tackle Oblivion on BC sometime in the future :o

For some they can't help themselves, it always has to be "x" vs "y", truly sad.

You could also say that more than half of XBox One owners have never tried an excellent free feature. Is that because of simple disinterest or is half the user base new to XBox and never owned a 360.

Once I get a Scorpio, of course I'm going to try out a few of my old 360 games. Same as I downloaded the ps3 games that got free ps4 updates. Not that I played them long, just long enough to satisfy that nostalgia itch. Although PGR 3 and 4 might get some more attention.

Another stat I'm more interested in is how many people actually watch 4K blu-ray on XBox One S, how many times has the app been downloaded and how much use does it get. Any 4K blu-ray sales numbers in general would be great. Is that format going anywhere...

Now if Xbox Division put the emulation to Windows 10, so i can play Xbox 360 games on PC that would be great.
