As for GT/Forza, etc, it's just a great marketing too have your cars displaying speed and their performance on a race track.

Then tey can make it ibn a way not to be stolen or acquired, they should just be the cars driven in the city. Others are making mods with real cars and it's looking nice.

When you start shooting, or crashing in other cars, the AI driver panick and run over the pedestrians all the time.
