Yeah, I read what you wrote. I just don't remember NateDrake links personally stating they would use X2. Still can't, since everything still hints at Maxwell, not Parker.

NateDrake all time saying that Switch is Pascal based and actual he is 1st one that claimed that (he claims that from summer). Go on hih twitter page or look at his videos. Actually Nvidia also hinting that is Pascal based, "The high-efficiency scalable processor includes an NVIDIA GPU based on the same architecture as the world’s top-performing GeForce gaming graphics cards."

Would be nice. Still wouldn't put itbat Xbone or PS4 performance but it would still be more capable than Tegra X1. Can't wait till Jan so we can put this all to bed. Geez it's been a long time coming.

Biggest gain for Pascal Tegra is more energy efficient and higher clocs.

Light mode: 8 hours

I don't believe this thing will do 5hours of (peak peformance) gameplay unless they're severely underclocking the mobile performance.

Exactly. Hell, it may not use specifically either and be a custom chip somewhere in between. Either way, I hope they discuss everything in Jan.
