Crysis is not coming to consoles either way.
Anyway, an $800 PC can run every single game on high settings (including Crysis). PC's have decreasing in price alot and now you can pretty much get a good PC for under $1000 (this was unthinkable a few years ago, when a good PC was atleast $1500)
Your best bet would be to buy an $900 PC instead of a PS3 or 360 because the it's much cheaper to game on PC than PS3/360, especially if you buy a decent amount of games.
The best combo this gen is PC+Wii.
