That first video is where I got the stacked barrel trophy. Not gonna walk back and forth twice!

I guess the only way to find out if you removed the spears fast enough is at the end? Trico got hit while he was sitting in front of a draw bridge, where you have to go all the way around and avoid a unch of guards to climb over top. I couldn't remove it until he was hanging on the bridge.

That's when I removed them and still got the trophy at the end. I think as long as you remove the spears before you get to the next section, you'll be fine. 

Flower is better, but I agree with Journey sucking. Flow / Flower are where it's best.

I was talking about at the end of the game after you've been regurgitate by Trico and the villagers attack him.
I managed to get him to fly away before he was ever speared.

Ha, I was telling him to swat and stomp their asses :)

I just spend 45 minutes breaking my head over how to get this barrel.


It's above the arena in one of the dead ends after you use the cart to get trico to catapult you up

I couldn't find a helmet anywhere up there, there's only the 2 down in the arena from the guards Trico took out earlier. No secret passages or go arounds to be found either. I tried to get Trico to catapult me up while holding a helmet, not enough height and you drop it in mid air. Launching a helmet alone doesn't work either as it slides off when Trico tests out the catapult.

Then I tried to take a helmet on Trico's back. Get him to sit down, stand on where the tail connects to the body, tell him to stand up, walk forward onto his back. However you drop it when you jump.


Eventually I managed by balancing on top of his head, stand in the right spot and somehow you manage to keep your balance and hold on to the helmet.

Then it's simply placing the helmet on the guard and grab the barrel. Yet I doubt this is as intended? Seems very fiddly as the real solution. I had to wheel the cart away to get him to stop focussing on that. Stroke repeatedly to get him to sit down. Hide the helmet behind his back first so he doesn't try to attack it. Then carefully step on the tail before he gets up again and direct him while balancing on his head. Fun puzzle, bye bye 5 hour run haha.

I just stacked the 4 helmets on the cart and let Trico launch them into the air and prey that one get in.

Lol that's alot of work. all you have to is put a helmet on the catapult with you. 

Tried that, helmet kept sliding off, couldn't get it to stay on the business end. As soon as I set my foot on the catapult, the helmet goes 'live' and simply slides down and falls off. I gave up on the catapult approach after 15 minutes. Trico kept freaking out about the helmet too.
