It's good, but Famitsu notes are worthless.

I just hope the story is good, i want to see a Overpowered Kazuma with a epic story and a wondeful ending.

Gonna be a day 1 for me. I noticed the enter/exit building seamless transitions, but I'll have to look at the video again to see the fighting transitions. I kind of skimmed it in the name of preserving as much as possible for the play experience. Fighting in the PS3 Yakuza games is already pretty seamless in comparison to entering or exiting a building. The bad guys talk a little shit, and the fight starts, but there's no black loading screen.

Yeah, when I saw the doors to Serena open up and Kiryu just walked out at 58:55 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfRSG_hPR_U and then walked into a Family Mart, that really stood out to me. For fighting, it looks like you can even run away from fights now. No sea of people forming a crowd to restrict your movement any more.

No more getting boxed in AND you can avoid the fight totally? That's pretty cool. There were times when having to fight too many fights would irk me. The more freedom the better.
