Pretty much this. Although I'd hang on to a copy just to replay that transcendent campaign.

Yes it sucks. Coming from someone who enjoys black ops 1-3 and modern warfare 1-3.

I have it but haven't touched IW because I just can't stop playing cod4 remastered. I platinumed the campaign but I'm addicted to the online.

Apparently the campaign is one of the best ever in IW and the zombies are fun. Multiplayer is meant to be much of the same old same old. Overall an excellent package.

Usually the zombies campaign has interesting dialogue and banter between the player characters, but the way they're portraying a mock zombies 80s world is just super cheesy and the sound clips used for some of the actions you do often are annoying. Even ghosts take on hoard mode was better imo. Can't say much about the campaign tbh

The current state of zombies does nothing for me so I welcome a more relaxed approach.  leave the serious zombies for treyarc and black ops 4.

multiplayer is pay to win with the weapons variants bullshit.

campaign and zombies are top tier.

The problem is that the best part about the game (the singleplayer) is still only the...3rd best first person shooter singleplayer I've played this year.

It's just not a great game.

Zombies are worse than Treyarch games. Also MP is garbage. The campaign is pretty good though.
