Looks ugly... not just because of artstyle, but simply because those graphics are pretty bad! I know it's fan made, but still... we have better examples. The geometry is GameCube level, for exemple. Some textures look like something from 2006 as well, ew...

Sunshine is my favorite mario game. As for this...it looks okay. It's like everyone says a bit bland, but i'm sure if Nintendo did make something with UE4 it would look much more colorful
