That is his entire point though. If you've been watching him over the years, you'll see that he tries coming up with threads comparing PC to consoles, but making it out like no matter what the PC build does, it's utrrerly useless. Like how we're not seeing him compare a PS4P vs a 1k build and each angle that has a weakness is simply tossed right back at that 1k PC build.

There will likely be another thread from him in the future based on how PC will be crap versus PS4P or how higher end costs or builds don't matter because cheap price point>everything kind of logic.

Also Yuri's vid and post points out more than what OP was letting on as well if we're to go by that.

i am not trying to trash PCs i just want to point our that the PS4 Pro is a good deal for the Hardware you get thats i always have to compare the two. A lot of people think that consoles arent as good in performance/pric ratio like they used to be. But with the PS4 Pro its going back to that direction we had in pervious generations.

I don't think anyone has ever disputed that it is a good deal for the price, it is a fantastic deal for the price, it is only the silly comparisons $1000 PC that are the issue, a properly specced $1000 PC destroys it, but that is hardly surprising given the price and performance difference.

-PC is 50ish fps too

- its over 1000$ PC Hardware if you count in the motherboard, powersupply, 1TB HD, PC Case, Blue Ray Drive and PS4 Pro Dualshock. Just gave basic components for the 900$ number

$699

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230155

includes a pc case, 1TB + 128 SSD + Civ6. Cheaper games, no online sub.

The 1060 alone is only $200. Assuming you already have an average PC, the 1060 is a steal compared to PS4 Pro. The inevitable 18 month upgrade will probably be half the cost too.

And cost of labour?

Edit: I thought it was only parts. But I see no monitor or controller. Also, cheaper games? We're not in 2010 anymore.

I don't think anyone here disagrees that the Ps4 Pro is a good deal. Infact saying it is a good deal is nonsense cause it is a great deal. What you are doing on the otherhand is spreading miss information by spewing out nonsense that a ps4 pro can keep up with $1000 PC by finding a PC setup that is also nonsense. And on top of that, you didn't even bother to do any research before hand about the settings that is being used. No one in their right mind would pair up a 5820k with a 1060 if they were serious about buying a gaming PC. What they would have done at most is pair up an i7 6700k with a 1070 for ~$1000 or i5 with a 1060 for much less.

CPU is important to get a higher framrate, a Corei5 or Corei3 with a GTX1060 will runs worse than the Pro

No it doesn't... Nor do you know what you are talking about.

Framerate is dependent on where the bottleneck is coming from. In hitman's case, CPU was not the bottleneck from the video you showed, it was the GPU. i3 with hitman will run worse sure, but not an i5

Rise of Tomb Raider for example:

On the Ps4 Pro, it struggles to hit 60 fps on high framerate mode which uses base ps4's setting

Like I said, very game dependent...

those benchmark the video are all 1080p not 1440p

Its almost like I have to teach you everything. Why did you even make this thread?

The point of CPU benchmarks is to ensure there are no GPU bottlenecks. Becaue if there is a GPU bottleneck, guess what? The GPU will be slowing down the CPU... So yes, those are done at 1080p because it makes sure that there are no GPU bottlenecks going on and any issues with framerates is solely dependent on the GPU. And no, higher resolutions do not have a noticable effect on CPU performance.

Google it

consoles come with a display? that's new, you can use any controller on pc, from $5 to a  $1,000 controller. And well, I bought skyrim special edition for free, just like bioshock remastered, while those  games cost $60 on consoles. go to steam or g2a, you're going to be surprised. I mean, I just bought a Dishonored 2 key for 38 bucks.

yes the PS4 Pro at 1440p performs like a $1000 gaming PC, a  i7 6700k with a GTX 1070 cost 700$ toegther but thats only two components the rest will easiy go beyond 1000 espacially if you live in europe

Why are we talking about Europe all off a sudden? I didn't see a Euro symbol anywhere...

Oh and

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tVsBhq

And that is just really quickly picking out stuff. You can get plenty of cheaper things like the PSU and etc

Oh and you can get a legit copy of Windows 7 for $22

https://www.kinguin.net/catalogsearch/result/index/?q=windows+7

And you can get a keyboard and mouse combo for $10

Oh and also... It doesn't perform like that lmao. It performs worse than an i5 + 1060 in most games

I really like you cause you're determined to win the argument even if you're wrong, I like that :P

-no 1TB HD

-no latest Dualshock 4

-no Blue Ray Drive

those will increase the price by at least 200$ and many PS4 Pros are now sold below 400$
