If it's $250, then it's a really good price.  If it has even one included game at $250, then it's an excellent price.  This could be exactly what Nintendo needs.

Of course, we still don't have enough information.  If $250 is the price for a much inferior SKU then that changes things a bit.  

Sue them for what?  On what grounds?  Unless I'm mistaken, Nintendo does not have the right to set prices in the UK.  Retailers do that themselves.  Once Nintendo tells them the wholesale price, a retailer can determine their own asking price.  I don't see how that would be a leak.

For $249 US you are getting a decent home console that will have the largest exclusive game library compared to the other systems.

AND THE SYSTEM AND ALL ITS GAMES ARE COMPLETELY PORTABLE TOO. One game purchase will cover you at home and on the go.

Sounds like $249 buys me two systems in one. Can't get a better deal than that.

Yep its looking like it will be significantly cheaper to get full access to the Nintendo ecosystem, which is currently $380-500 depending on the 3DS model.

I guess that around $300 for AUD? I guess thats not bad for like having 2 systems. Thats also the same price as buying a New3DSXL + a New Game.

I think it is. If you don't consider the christmas deals that is happening right now (You could get an XONE with 2 games at the same price right now). 

But what sucks here is that Nintendo games takes a very long time for their price to get lowered, comparing to PS4 and XONE and PC games. And even if they get lowered...... its not by much. Hopefully they change that too.
