I looked it up and found this.

Wii U 3.3m

Genesis: 3.58m

Gamecube: 4.04m

Vita: 5.2m

N64: 5.5M

Saturn: 5.8m

PS3: 10.5m

Wii 12.7m

As of a week ago ps4 had sold 3.55m in Japan. it's less than 30k behind the Genesis. So by today's numbers it will have passed it out. It recently passed out the Wii U. Next up is the Nintendo Gamecube. Congrats PS4!

I forgot those numbers aren't very accurate, Mega Drive sales are usually very undertaken, that 29M sales usually used has several others claiming it was actually 10M+ over that.
