You are also forgetting control.

The most popular games on consoles is FPS and they do not want to play those games with controllers. Keyboard/mouse infinitely superior.

Right.  And,  that's honestly for all genres.

Because it wasnt. PS4 pro is the logical step to adjust to what is happening on the market as a whole. Look at the evolution of resolution and screen displays in the past 30 years for fudge sake. How prices for TVs rapidly decline nowadays and consumer behavior overall. PC hardware is not the denominator. Its just another segment affected. Consumer behavior and adoption rate of new technology are the common denominators.

Hunting Season is done...

I think the Pro was really made for 4K. Sony has been pushing 4k for TVs, cameras etc,, and it is logical for then to push for gaming too. What is impressive is that so many ganes actually support it already, and it appears 4k is not a big effort for developers. Great.

I'm sorry, but at the end of the day, the PS4 Pro is just another under powered gaming computer without a good operating system in a plastic case.  Consoles are fine for just playing games (I own them for their exclusives), but they really are nothing more than toys.  You simply cannot compare a console to a good gaming computer.

Stop hating and start playing.

Why should a "good gaming computer" be more than a toy? Utter nonsense.

I... What? PC gaming isn't about a specific framerate. 'PC' is an arbitrary term. The vast majority of the people will be playing games at less than 60FPS or making sacrifices to image quality.

Ok, first this is wrong:

What PC gaming isn't really about
- 4k Gaming
- VR (both the main pc VR headsets sold less combines then the PSVR at this point)

It totally is. Just not en-masse. Just like it isn't on consoles.

Second, the PS Pro is not aimed at stopping anything. No product is. It's a product aimed at satisfying the needs of console gamers who care about performance. If they still decided to buy a PC instead of a PRO, it failed at its intended purpose.

Hmm... thats it. Your problem adressed.

because the "good gaming computer" has a better plastic case, I mean did you ever see the plastic from a "good gaming computer" it's perfect it's plastic done right.

if PC doesnt fit for 4k, how the hell ps4 pro does. Its not even native 4k, its just 720p upscaled to 4k thats not even with all the games on ps4 pro. PC have more power to render real 4k with >60fps.
