Forums - Nintendo - Xenoblade X port, Beyond Good&Evil for Switch leaks & more

Wonder if after launch we will see a lot of android ports arrive due to the arm processors. Seems an ideal platform to play massively enhanced android and ios ports.

Also I wonder if we get any 3DS ports it will allow 3D output to the TV especially if the 3DS graphics are optimised for 3D output.

I've got 2 3D televisions and a 3D projector so its a question I'm curious about.

Just because the rest do does not mean it is right.

Even still, Zorg has a point. Sony pretty much got a free pass for PS4 ports of The Last of Us and God of War 3.

Funny enough even a number of the third party games in the first year were remasters, with Metro Redux, GTAV, Resident Evil, Borderlands, Dark Souls 2 etc... and this carries on even today, going by Nintendo's approach to remasters we likely won't see any for a long time after the few next year, I remember with the Wii U they remastered Wind Waker and people were expecting more remasters and none came.

Shame that BotW is most likely delayed.

Why do people keep saying this? It was literally never slated for launch. In fact, it was deliberately never slated for launch.

This! Sometimes i habe the feeling that People nowadays are just idiots!

Sweeeet! I wonder if the XenoX port will add a story

It had a story. You clearly just weren't paying attention.

The fact the you say the Wii and Wii U launch games was mych better.I mean, you may have liked them better(the games) but assuming the Mario game is at least excellent, the Switch will be miles better than the Wii U and most likely better than the Wii.If you consider the whole first year, it will certainly be better than both.More titles and also more quality.Thats what I meant

From Wikipedia:

Wii launch titles:

U.S. launch: November 19, 2006

Wii U launch titles:

This Switch lineup obviously isn't full lineup, but just new 3D Mario is much stronger title than anything Wii U had in its 1st whole year.

Tragically accurate.

Although the line up he posted is nowhere near the rumoured line up of the Switch I'll disagree here and point out that Wii U had a 3D Mario which regardless of the people moaning is still one of the best games of this gen the only difference is that this time round it will be a launch title, I'll also say W101 is one of the best action titles ever made as well.

What makes the Switch line up far stronger is that the are more significantly notable games present through out the line up even if you remove the ports as opposed to Wii U which had about 3 notable titles in the first year in the whole line up.

It is a good line up if you don't mind replaying most of those games again.
