In a year full of great game releases- Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is still left standing as the overall game of the year in my opinion.

From the incredible story, to the amazing graphics and gameplay, the grand set pieces and great action sequences - along with that surprising yet perfect epilogue- it was a fantastic game and a fitting end for Nathan Drake and crew.

On a personal note - Nate and Elena's emotional scenes really hit close to home for me - and helped get me through some difficult times of my own.  

I know the year's still not over  - with both Final Fantasy XV and The Last Gaurdian yet to release (both games I'm really looking forward to) but it's going to be hard to supplant this masterpiece.

Really looking forward to what Naughty Dog has in store for us next (for both the UC4 story DLC, along with whatever game they release next...looking at you Last Of Us sequel!).

Nah, I disagree personally. I'd give GOTY to Dark Souls 3, though I have yet a lot of games to play before passing judgment.

Great game, that's for sure. My personal GOTY is Risee of the Tomb Raider. I have the games high in my top list this year, but I prefer ROTR gameplay, platforming and exploration, so...
I still have to play Owlboy and Deus Ex, which are games which can probably fight for that spot. It might be the first year that spot is a not-Nintendo game, now that I think about it. Still, it could change next week with Pokemon.

I don't know man, the game was great but imho this was the less impactful game from ND since uncharted 2. For me, dark souls 3 was a better gaming experience, still need to play watch dogs 2 and dishonored 2. Uncharted 4 top five for sure tho.

I agree. Maybe because I haven't played DS3 yet...nor will I ever at the pace I'm going at.

Easy my GOTY this year,only FFXV and the Last Guardian can take my top spot,but it will be really hard.

I haven't played as much as I wanted this year, but I have no doubt it was my favorite game so far this year perhaps only FF XV will have a chance of passing it since GT won't release this year.
