Nah, it gets updated hourly, and it's like 50 Mbps in practice so I doubt it'd take long if I got any reasonable speed after hitting the limit. Full speed would take less than four hours, so even with some slowdown, it shouldn't take days. Recently it's been OK even after hitting the limit, fortunately.
