Fairly sure I've maintained that I don't fully buy his claim, but I think he's town all the same. It's not unlike prof to lie when he thinks it will help town.

I don't like it, but it's not active lurking at this point if he's not posting at all.

If that's the case, Mr.P is probably town and thus I wouldn't want him lynched anyway.

Yes and they both mean the same thing just like you said. I worded my post to you a bit different since you asked me to explain it to you, and i figure you didnt get what i meant when i said it the first time.

This is essentially "Doing X but yet doing X." You're making a distinction with the "but"; however, there is no difference with what you're saying after it.

First of all i've not seen you get on to anyone, and Axum is 100% right about how you been playing this game.

Now maybe like you said his just piggybacking off what i said but it doesnt change the fact its true.

I just find it hard to understand how you can be so sure prof is town. Other then you saying its from a tell, to me the most likely case is your scum and know prof to be town or both of you are scum..

Is prof hinting/joking that he could be mafia the tell? is that something you think only a town prof would do?

Yes, Mr.P is lurking more than them now. No, this is far more lurking than he did last game.

Like I said, I read through 20-odd old games and discovered a town tell. Joking about being mafia is not the tell I discovered, but I don't know if that is one or not.

I brought that up for 2 reasons.

1) He acted similarly in the previous game when he started to get traction against him and flipped as mafia.

2) The confusion I was having with the ruleset initially about when the lynch actually goes through.

I'm pretty sure you meant to quote me with this post.

Anyway, my original question regarding you bringing up that game was if it was something "fresh" on your mind that you remembered since you had also played in the game in which he was lynched. That would have a different bearing than if you were reading back through old games to note any similarities or differences in Mr.P's play, and it was more of a "oh yeah, you got lynched with hardly any votes. That explains your thoughts on the lynch."
